We answer the phone and we answer email, and a person replies either way. Get in touch to price a job, check where an order has reached in production, or ask whether a material and finish will do what you need before you commit to it.

Quotes and general enquiries are answered within one working day. Artwork checks and digital proofs normally come back within one to two working days of us receiving usable files. If something will take longer than that, we tell you rather than leave you guessing. Our working week is Sunday to Thursday; we are closed Friday, Saturday and on Qatari public holidays, and anything sent over the weekend is picked up on Sunday morning.

Call for anything urgent. Use email for anything involving files, dimensions, prices or approvals, so both sides have a written record to refer back to.
