Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which YouPrint Trading & Media supplies printed packaging and related goods. This is a commercial supply agreement, written to be read rather than to impress. It is not legal advice, and if your purchase is large, unusual or important to your own contractual obligations, please take your own legal advice before ordering.
Who we are
We are YouPrint Trading & Media W.L.L., a company registered in the State of Qatar and trading as YouPrint, at Q Mall, Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Street, Doha, Qatar.

Orders and acceptance
These terms apply to every order placed through youprintqa.com, by email or phone, or on a trade account, unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you. Anything on your own purchase order that conflicts with them does not apply unless we agree to it in writing.
An order placed on the website, or a quotation you accept by email, is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order to you; payment or an automated acknowledgement is not by itself acceptance. We may decline an order and refund you in full, for example where artwork cannot lawfully be printed, where a price or description on the site was wrong, or where a trade account is in arrears.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Material costs move, and an expired quotation may be repriced before we accept the order.
Prices, currency and minimum quantities
All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and exclude any applicable government fees, duties or taxes, which are added where they apply. Delivery is charged separately, as set out below.
The minimum order on most custom printed products is 30 pieces. Some items carry a higher minimum because of how they are produced; where that is so, the minimum shown on the product page governs. Plain, unprinted stock items can generally be bought from a single unit.
Volume pricing
Custom printed products are priced in quantity tiers. Setup, plates, tooling and die-cutting are largely fixed costs, so the unit price falls as the quantity rises. The price shown at checkout for the quantity you have selected is the price that applies to your order. For quantities above the published tiers, ask us for a quotation.
Artwork
You are responsible for the artwork you supply. By sending us a file you confirm that you own it, or hold every licence and permission needed to have it printed, including for any logos, trade marks, photographs, illustrations, fonts and text it contains. You indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage or cost arising from an allegation that artwork you supplied infringes a third party's intellectual property or other rights.
We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and TIFF files up to 20 MB. Every file gets a free technical check by a person before production, covering bleed, safe margins, resolution, fonts and links, colour setup and fit to the dieline. It is a printability check only: spelling, content, prices, contact details, barcodes, regulatory wording and rights of use remain yours to verify.
We may refuse to print artwork that is unlawful, that infringes another party's rights, or that we reasonably consider offensive. If we refuse artwork after an order is placed, we will tell you why and refund what you have paid, less costs already properly incurred.
Proofing and approval
After the artwork check we email you a digital proof. Production begins only after you approve it in writing, by email or through your account. The proof is your last chance to correct anything.
Once you approve a proof, the colour, content, layout, spelling, dimensions, quantity, material and finish shown on it are your responsibility, and we produce to it. If an error you approved is found after production has started, a reprint is a new order at your cost.
Colour
Printed colour will not match a screen exactly. Screens emit light and vary between devices; print reflects light and is affected by the ink, the press and the material. Uncoated kraft and corrugated board absorb ink and print duller than coated stock.
Variation within a reasonable tolerance between production runs of the same artwork is normal in commercial printing and is not a defect. If a brand colour must match precisely, tell us before we quote and give us the Pantone reference so we can run it as a spot colour where the process allows; this may change the price.
Tolerances
- Dimensional tolerance is ±2–4 mm depending on material and construction: corrugated board sits at the wider end, folding carton at the narrower end.
- On large runs, a quantity tolerance of ±5% is standard in the trade. We invoice the quantity actually delivered. If you need a guaranteed minimum number of usable pieces, tell us and order above your requirement.
Lead times
Standard production is 8 to 12 working days from the date you approve the digital proof, not from the date you order. The working week in Qatar is Sunday to Thursday; Fridays, Saturdays and Qatari public holidays are not working days.
Lead times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and do not form part of the contract unless we have agreed a fixed date in writing. Changes to artwork after approval, late proof approval, late payment or a slow answer to a query about your file all extend the lead time by at least the length of the delay.
Delivery, risk and inspection
Delivery within Qatar is a flat QAR 10 per order and free on orders over QAR 1,000. Shipping to the rest of the GCC is quoted at checkout on weight, volume and destination; customs clearance and any duties in the destination country are the receiver's responsibility.
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us, or to a person there who accepts the goods. You must inspect them on arrival and report any visible damage or shortage within 3 working days, with photographs of the goods and the outer packaging. Damage reported after that is difficult to take up with the carrier and we may not be able to accept the claim.
Returns, faults and reprints
Custom printed goods produced to a proof you approved are made to your specification. They cannot be resold or restocked, and are not returnable or refundable for a change of mind, a change of branding, or a quantity you no longer need.
If goods are faulty, misprinted or materially outside the specification or the approved proof, tell us within 7 days of delivery at sales@youprintqa.com, with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the affected pieces. Where the fault is ours we reprint the affected quantity at our cost or refund it, after inspection. We may ask you to hold or return the goods, and we pay the return cost.
Plain stock items that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods price. Return carriage is at your cost unless the goods were faulty or wrongly supplied.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Qatar's consumer protection law, Law No. 8 of 2008, or under any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Payment
Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Production, including the artwork check and proof, does not begin until payment has cleared.
Approved trade accounts may be granted credit terms in writing, with invoices due within the agreed period. If an account falls overdue we may suspend it, hold work in progress, require payment in advance on further orders, and withhold finished goods until the balance is settled.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge at any time before you approve the digital proof. After approval, production is scheduled and materials are committed, and you remain liable for the costs we have already properly incurred: materials, plates and tooling, machine time used and work completed. We will tell you the figure before we invoice it and we will not charge for work we have not done.
Held stock for trade accounts
Where we agree in writing to produce a quantity and hold part of it for call-off, the full quantity is invoiced on production unless agreed otherwise. Held stock sits at our premises at your risk and is your property once invoiced. Storage is free for six months; after that we may charge a reasonable fee, and we will tell you before we do.
If held stock is still uncollected twelve months after production and you have not answered two written notices, we may dispose of it. Printed packaging carrying your branding is destroyed rather than sold or reused. Disposal does not refund the invoice, which covers goods already produced to your order.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights in the artwork, logos, text and images you supply. We keep all rights in our own material, including the dielines and templates we draw, our prepress files, our product photography and the content of youprintqa.com. A free dieline is supplied for use on the job it was drawn for; it is not a transfer of ownership.
We may photograph finished work and show it in our portfolio, on our website and in our marketing. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing at sales@youprintqa.com when you order or at any time afterwards, and we will not use it, and will remove it if already published. We never disclose your prices or order volumes.
Privacy
Personal data you give us is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Artwork you upload is used only to quote, produce and deliver your order, and is shared only with the staff and subcontractors who need it for that purpose. We keep production files for a reasonable period so you can reorder without resupplying artwork; ask us in writing if you would prefer them deleted.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match the approved proof and the agreed specification, subject to the tolerances above. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or a missed campaign date, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that Qatari law does not allow to be limited.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including fire, flood, extreme weather, epidemic, war or civil unrest, government action, border or port closure, failure of utilities, industrial action, and delay by carriers or suppliers of raw materials. We will tell you promptly and perform as soon as we reasonably can. If the event lasts more than 60 days, either of us may cancel the affected order; you pay for work already done and we refund the balance.
Severability and changes to these terms
If any provision of these terms is found by a competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
We may amend these terms to reflect changes in how we operate or in the law. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it, so please read it before ordering. The date of the current version is shown at the end of this page.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute we cannot resolve between us will be submitted to the competent Qatari courts. Before starting proceedings, please contact us at sales@youprintqa.com so we can try to settle the matter directly.
