What to send us

The more precise the brief, the faster we can price it. A useful quote request answers six things.

  • Dimensions in millimetres: length, width and height for a box, or the flat size for a label, card or sleeve.
  • Quantity, or two or three quantities if you want to compare. Minimum order is 30 pieces on most custom printed products. Plain stock items start at 1 unit.
  • Material: E-flute corrugated board, kraft or white board, 350 gsm folding carton, or rigid board.
  • Print colours: full colour, one or two spot colours, or unprinted.
  • Finish: matt or gloss lamination, soft-touch, spot UV, hot foil in gold, silver, copper or rose gold, or blind emboss.
  • Your deadline and the delivery address, in Qatar or elsewhere in the GCC.

You do not need finished artwork to get a price. If you already have a file, send it and we will check it at the same time. If you do not, ask for a dieline and your designer can work to the correct cutting shape from the start. Dielines are free.

What happens next

A person reads your request and replies within one working day, Sunday to Thursday. The quote sets out the unit price at each quantity, any tooling cost if a new cutter is needed, the production time and the delivery charge. If something in the brief will cost you money for no benefit, we say so before quoting rather than after.

When you approve the quote and send artwork, the files go through a free prepress check by a human and we email a digital proof. Standard production is 8 to 12 working days after you sign off that proof. Delivery anywhere in Qatar is QAR 10 flat and free over QAR 1,000. Shipping to the rest of the GCC is quoted at checkout.

When a quote beats ordering online

For most orders the product page is faster and the price is already the best we can do. Ask for a quote instead when one of these applies.

  • You need more than 2,500 pieces, where volume pricing moves well beyond the published tiers.
  • You need a size that is not on the size list, or a construction we do not show online.
  • You are ordering a mixed range and want one lead time and one delivery for boxes, tissue, tape, labels and cards together.
