How it works

1. Pick a format and size

Start with what you are packing. Choose the product that suits it, then the size closest to your contents. Materials run from E-flute corrugated board for mailers and shipping cartons, through kraft and white board, to 350 gsm folding carton for retail packs and rigid board for premium and gift work. If you are unsure which format fits, or you want to feel the board before committing, order a sample pack: Essentials with 8 items is QAR 75, the full range of 16 items is QAR 140, and 12 material swatches alone is QAR 45. They arrive in Qatar in 2 to 3 working days and the cost is credited against a first order over QAR 1,000.

2. Choose your quantity

Minimum order is 30 pieces on most custom printed products, and plain stock items start at 1 unit. Price per piece drops as the quantity rises, because setup, plates and die-cutting are spread across more units. The price for each tier is shown on the product page, so you can see exactly what stepping up to the next quantity costs and what it saves. Above 2,500 pieces, ask for a quote instead.

3. Upload artwork, or send it later

Upload your file on the product page: PDF is preferred, and we also take AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and TIFF up to 20 MB. Not ready? Tick "send artwork later" and place the order anyway. Ask us for the dieline first and your designer can build to the exact cutting shape from the start. Dielines are free.

4. Approve the digital proof

Every file is checked by a person before anything is printed. The free prepress check looks at bleed, safe margins, resolution, fonts, links and colour setup, and we come back to you if something needs fixing. We then email a digital proof. Read it carefully, because approving it is what locks the job, and check spelling and content as well as layout. Nothing goes on press until you sign off.

5. Production and delivery

Standard production is 8 to 12 working days from proof approval. Delivery anywhere in Qatar is QAR 10 flat and free over QAR 1,000. Shipping to the rest of the GCC is quoted at checkout. Ask for your order status at any point on sales@youprintqa.com or +974 4000 0000, Sunday to Thursday.
