Delivery in Qatar
- QAR 10 flat rate to any address in Qatar, whatever the size or weight of the order.
- Free delivery on orders over QAR 1,000.
- We call or message before the vehicle arrives so someone is there to sign for the pallets or cartons.
Shipping to the GCC
We ship to the rest of the GCC. Rates depend on weight, volume and destination, so they are calculated and shown at checkout rather than fixed. Customs clearance and any duties in the destination country are the receiver's responsibility. For large or repeat cross-border orders, email us first and we will quote the freight directly.
Production time
Standard production is 8 to 12 working days after you approve the digital proof, not from the moment you place the order. The clock starts at proof approval because that is the point where the job is locked and can go to press. Delays on artwork or a slow sign-off push the delivery date back by the same amount, so approving the proof promptly is the single best thing you can do for your deadline.
If you have a fixed date, tell us before you order. We will say honestly whether it is achievable rather than accept the job and disappoint you later.
If a print run is faulty
If the goods you receive do not match the proof you approved, or the print, cut or finish is defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email sales@youprintqa.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the affected pieces, including a photo of the outer carton if the damage happened in transit. We will inspect, and where the fault is ours we reprint the affected quantity at our cost or refund it. We do not ask you to argue the point; a defect is a defect.
Why custom printed goods are not returnable
Custom printed packaging is made to your specification and to artwork you signed off. It cannot be resold or restocked, so approved custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, and we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, a change of branding, or a quantity you no longer need.
This is exactly what the proof and the sample packs are for. Read the digital proof carefully, and if you are unsure how a material or finish will feel in the hand, order a sample pack first. Plain unprinted stock items in original condition can be returned within 14 days.
